We installed a crossbars onto a 1985 Volkswagen Westfalia. The crossbar setup we used was manufactured by Thule. Using the Thule Rapid Gutter feet mounts we secured them to the vehicle by drilling into the pop-up of the vehicle. Once those feet were attached we used Thule square bars to complete the setup. This setup has a weight capacity of 165lbs.
