Upgrade your off-road lighting with the Baja Designs XL40 (A/C) LED Headlight Kit — purpose-built for 2013–2016 KTM XC and XC-W models. This kit includes a regulator/rectifier that converts your bike's A/C power to D/C enabling fast plug-and-play installation with the stock harness. Inspired by the performance of the XL80 the XL40 delivers 5 224 lumens of trail-proven illumination to a wider range of bikes. Engineered for dirt bikes with lower-output OEM stators it draws just 43.5W — a powerful upgrade without the large power draw.
